Water is not only Earth’s most valuable resource, it is most definitely California’s. One event California begs for is a great rainy season. This rainy season provides us with the plentiful water needed to tend to our lawns, cook, and keep our bodies clean.
This year El Nino only delivered half of the precipitation that has fallen by now during the last two years. What does this mean for this summer? It means that Southern California water conservation efforts will need to continue. Welcome back low flow toilets, shorter showers, and the lack of lawn watering.
